Vascudyne at the International Coronary Conference 2025
Vascudyne participated in the International Coronary Conference (ICC) 2025, where members of our clinical team delivered two presentations highlighting preclinical and first-in-human clinical data from our bioengineered tissue conduit program for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
What We Presented
Our presentations featured early clinical results demonstrating the safety and feasibility of Vascudyne’s acellular tissue-engineered conduit as an alternative to traditional bypass grafts. Preclinical studies have shown 100% patency through 18 months, and our first-in-human trials revealed promising safety outcomes through one year of follow-up.
Why It Matters
Each year, hundreds of thousands of patients undergo CABG surgery, yet many lack suitable native vessels for grafting. Vascudyne’s bioengineered conduit technology offers a potential solution—an off-the-shelf, non-immunogenic vessel designed to support long-term cardiovascular function.
